摘要
青盐铁路胶州湾特大桥,跨海(154#-193#)40孔桥梁上部结构,设计为48.2m有砟轨道预应力混凝土简支梁,目前是青盐铁路桥梁设计中跨度最大的简支梁,桥梁单孔重量约1800吨,每孔由4节异形梁段、7节标准梁段和10道湿接缝组成。本文根据预制梁段施工特点、现场工况及BIM技术应用,简明扼要地从预制梁段的各施工工序进行总结,有效避免了施工过程中存在的工序作业冲突,并应用了相关的施工技术与工艺标准,使预制梁段的质量和预制梁段的生产工效大大提升,对今后的相关项目施工质量及过程控制具有一定的参考意义。
Jiaozhou Bay super major bridge of Qingdao-Yanzhou railway is a 40 hole sea crossing(154#~193#)superstructure.It is designed as a 48.2m ballasted track prestressed concrete simply supported beam.At present,it is the largest simply supported beam in the design of Qingdao-Yanzhou railway bridge.The single hole weight of the bridge is about 1800 tons.Each hole is composed of 4 special-shaped beam sections,7 standard beam sections and 10 wet joints.According to the construction characteristics of precast beam section,on-site working conditions and the application of BIM technology,this paper briefly summarizes the construction procedures of precast beam section,effectively avoids the process operation conflict in the construction process,and applies the relevant construction technology and process standards to greatly improve the quality of precast beam section and the production efficiency of precast beam section.It has certain reference significance for the construction quality and process control of relevant projects in the future.
