摘要
某单元制动缸的缓解弹簧在检修测试过程中发生断裂。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、硬度测试、金相检验、扫描电镜分析等方法对该弹簧的断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:该弹簧加载后在应力与氢的交互作用下,逐渐形成平整的裂纹源区,裂纹快速扩展,最终发生脆性断裂。
The release spring of a unit brake cylinder broke during the maintenance and test. The fracture reason of the spring was analyzed by means of macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, hardness test, metallographic examination and scanning electron microscope analysis. The results show that the spring gradually formed a flat crack source region under the interaction of stress and hydrogen after loading, and the crack expanded rapidly, and finally brittle fracture occurred.
