摘要
区块链技术是基于密码学理论,通过分布式存储、共识机制、加密算法等手段实现的一种信息技术,由于其去中心化的特点而广泛兴起。区块链技术传入中国经历了金融关注、技术聚焦与政府引导下的全面推动三个阶段。区块链技术在中国的发展走出一种应用先于研究,实践反推理论的发展路径,相较于传统技术的传播它没有明显的传播方向,中国对这项去中心化技术强调自主可控的管理。
Blockchain is a new technology based on cryptography theory,applying distributed storage,using point-to-point networks,consensus mechanisms,encryption algorithms and other means.It is widely used due to its decentralized nature.This paper analyzes the process of the introduction of this new technology into China,and divides it into three stages:financial attention,academic focus and comprehensive promotion under the guidance of the government.The development of blockchain technology in China presents a development path in which application precedes research and practice drives theory.Compared with the spread of traditional technology,it has no obvious direction of dissemination.China also emphasizes autonomous and controllable management of this decentralized technology.
