摘要
习近平总书记强调,学生的疑惑就是思政课要讲清楚的重点。增强问题意识,是思政课的本质要求,是思政课有效引领学生健康成长、服务党和人民事业的内在必然。思政课教师在教学过程中不仅要有自觉的问题意识,而且要化“意识”为“方法”、化“自发”为“自觉”,有效解疑释惑,引导学生的问题意识及求解问题的能力实现由“自发”向“自觉”的成长。思政课教师要能够发引人深思之问,做澄明透彻之答,育善发问、能解题之人,必须锤炼坚定信仰、厚积扎实学识、打牢理论功底,不断练内功、强素质,成为乐教、善教的好老师。
General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that students’ bewilderment is the key focus of ideological and political courses.Enhancing problem awareness is the essential requirement of ideological and political courses,and it is the inherent necessity of ideological and political courses to effectively guide students to grow healthily and serve the cause of the Party and the people.In the teaching process,teachers of ideological and political courses should not only have a conscious problem awareness,but also transform “awareness”into“method”and“spontaneity”into“consciousness”,effectively answer questions and guide students’ problem awareness and their problem-solving ability to realize the growth from “spontaneity”to “consciousness”.Teachers of ideological and political courses must be able to raise thought-provoking questions,provide clear and thorough answers,and cultivate people who are capable of asking questions and solving problems,and must temper themselves to stick to firm beliefs,accumulate solid knowledge,build a solid theoretical foundation,continue to practice internal skills,strengthen quality,and become a good teacher who is happy to teach and good at teaching.
