摘要
为考察液体缓释氮肥对叶菜类作物生长及氮肥利用率的影响,以上海青为试验对象,以不施氮肥为对照(CK)处理,以尿素、尿素硝铵溶液、自制液体缓释氮肥为供试肥料,开展了小区试验。结果表明:施用液体缓释氮肥处理的上海青地上部鲜质量较CK、尿素、尿素硝铵溶液处理的分别增长22.92%、7.78%、12.32%,叶片中维生素C的质量分数增加2.96%~9.74%,硝酸盐的质量分数降低6.86%~20.95%;液体缓释氮肥处理的上海青氮肥利用率显著高于尿素、尿素硝铵溶液处理的,增幅分别为56.87%、76.14%。液体缓释氮肥既能提高上海青生物量、提升品质,又能提高氮肥利用率。
In order to investigate the effect of liquid slow release nitrogen fertilizer on the growth and nitrogen use efficiency of leafy vegetables,a plot experiment is carried out with Brassica chinensis L.as the test object,taking no nitrogen fertilizer added as the control(CK),urea,urea ammonium nitrate solution and self-made liquid slow release nitrogen fertilizer as the test fertilizers.The results show that the aboveground fresh weight treated with liquid slow release nitrogen fertilizer increased by 22.92%,7.78%and 12.32%respectively compared with CK,urea and urea ammonium nitrate solution.The mass fraction of vitamin C in leaves increased by 2.96%-9.74%,and the mass fraction of nitrate decreased by 6.86%-20.95%.The nitrogen use efficiency of Brassica chinensis L.treated with liquid slow release nitrogen fertilizer is significantly higher than that of urea and urea ammonium nitrate solution,with an increase of 56.87%and 76.14%respectively.Liquid slowrelease nitrogen fertilizer can not only improve the biomass and quality of Brassica chinensis L.,but also improve the efficiency of nitrogen utilization.
