摘要
热解煤气的热量回收及焦油回收技术是低阶煤热解工艺的关键环节。针对某低阶煤热解项目中煤气的热量回收和焦油的冷凝回收技术难点,以焦油性质与析出特征为基础,利用Aspen Plus模拟软件,构建了煤气热量与焦油回收工艺模拟流程,形成基于温度梯度的热解煤气热量分级回收。同时对废锅B、间冷器A和间冷器B的不同馏程焦油产物进行分质回收,从而达到热效率与产品品质提升的双重效果。
The heat and tar recovery of pyrolysis gas was the key process of low rank coal pyrolysis.Aiming at the technical difficulties of gas heat recovery and tar condensation recovery in a low rank coal pyrolysis project,based on the properties and precipitation characteristics of tar,the coal gas heat and tar recovery process simulation flow was built by using Aspen Plus software,forming a temperature gradient-based classified heat recovery process of pyrolysis gas.At the same time,the tar products of different distillation ranges from waste heat boiler B,inter cooler A and inter cooler B were recovered at different qualities,so as to achieve the dual effects of heat efficiency and product quality improvement.
