摘要
目的:探讨阵发性房颤诊断中48h长时程动态心电图检测的价值。方法:选取2019年7月至2020年11月本院收治的72例疑似阵发性房颤患者,本组患者分别进行24h动态心电图检查和48h长时程动态心电图检查,根据病理检查结果统计不同检查方法对阵发性房颤的诊断效果,以及检查过程中不良反应频率和持续时间进行比较。结果:48h长时程动态心电图对阵发性房颤的诊断阳性率、敏感度和特异度均高于24h动态心电图,不良反应发生频率多于24h动态心电图(P<0.05),不良症状持续时间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:48h长时程动态心电图对阵发性房颤有良好的诊断效果。
Objective:To investigate the value of 48h long-term Holter in the diagnosis of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Methods:A total of 72 patients with suspected paroxysmal atrial fibrillation admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to November 2020 were selected.This group of patients underwent 24h Holter and 48h long-term Holter,and counted according to the results of pathological examinations.The diagnostic effects of different examination methods on paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,as well as the frequency and duration of adverse reactions during the examination were compared.Results:The positive rate,sensitivity and specificity of 48h long-term Holter for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation were higher than those of 24h Holter.The frequency of adverse reactions was more than that of 24h Holter(P<0.05).The duration of adverse symptoms was no Significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The 48-hour long-term dynamic electrocardiogram has a good diagnostic effect on paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.
