关于药理开放性实验教育改革的探讨--以罗汉果对糖尿病的治疗研究为例

摘要 传统药理学实验教育模式围绕课堂为中心,主要基于理论教育,多采用验证方式来加强药理学基本原理的理解,教育方式比较被动。药理学实验教育不仅要着眼于学生实验技能的培养,还要注重学生独立思考、自由探索的科学意识的培养,以及从实践中提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的实践能力。开放式实验教育可以激发学生的学习兴趣,培养创新能力、批判思维和团队精神,调动学生的学习积极性,是培养学生创新思维和科学研究能力的较好途径。本文以罗汉果对糖尿病的治疗研究开展开放式实验教学,总结了开放式实验教学的过程和经验,以期对药理学实验教学改革有所探索。 The traditional pharmacology experiment education mode is centered around the classroom, mainly based on theoretical education, and mostly adopts the verification method to strengthen the understanding of the basic principles of pharmacology. The education method is relatively passive. Pharmacological experiment education should not only focus on the cultivation of students’ experimental skills, but also pay attention to the cultivation of students’ scientific consciousness of independent thinking and free exploration, as well as the practical ability to raise, analyze and solve problems from practice. Open experimental education can stimulate students’ interest in learning, cultivate innovative ability, critical thinking and team spirit, and mobilize students’ enthusiasm for learning. It is a better way to cultivate students’ innovative thinking and scientific research ability. This paper carries out open experimental teaching based on the treatment of diabetes with Momordica grosvenorii, summarizes the process and experience of open experimental teaching, and hopes to explore the reform of pharmacological experimental teaching.
