This paper introduces in detail that in the construction of "Digital Library",the full text is collected,processed and stored on the network through the combination of content-based retrieval technology and database technology.This method can not only enable users to get valuable information from the vast amount of information resources;This information can also be provided to those who need it in various forms.It not only brings convenience to readers,but also opens up new fields for the development of libraries.
