摘要
广州某美术馆中庭屋面采光顶的结构形式为单层网壳,网壳直径为36 m。经过方案比较,采用以临时支墩作为支点,以环向移动钢操作平台作为工人焊接作业落脚点,以周围的4台塔吊进行钢构件吊装的高空散装法施工,节约了人工费和材料费,焊接过程安全环保,可为同类工程提供可靠的经验参考。
The skylight roof of the atrium roof of an art museum in Guangzhou is a single layer reticulated shell,the steel mesh shell diameter is 36 m.After scheme comparison,the use of temporary piers as fulcrum,with steel ring to mobile operating platform as the foothold,welding the workers work for around four sets of tower crane steel members hoisting altitude bulk method construction,save labor and materials,safe environmental protection,welding process experience provides a reliable reference for similar projects.
