摘要
目的 研究多层螺旋计算机断层扫描(MSCT)多平面重组(MPR)对踝关节运动损伤的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析2017年3月至2019年8月来本院进行检查的60例踝关节损伤患者临床资料,均在本院进行了X线、MSCT检查,并进行后期的MPR和三维重建处理,以临床手术结果 作为金标准,比较X线和MSCT检查的诊断效能和对骨折分型的诊断准确率。结果 MSCT的诊断敏感度、准确率以及kappa一致性值显著高于X线(P<0.05),两者诊断特异度值比较无统计学意义(P<0.05);MSCT对骨折诊断分型的准确率为95.24%,显著高于X线的78.57%(P<0.05);MSCT检查在骨质、软组织和噪声伪影方面的图像质量显著高于X线(P<0.05)。结论 MSCT-MPR应用于踝关节运动损伤的诊断中,可获得较高质量的影像学图像,从而提高踝关节骨折及其分型的诊断效能。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral computed tomography(MSCT) multipla nar reformation(MPR) for ankle joint sports injuries.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with ankle joint injury who came to the hospital for examination during the period from March 2017 to August 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients completed X-ray and MSCT examinations,and then underwent MPR and three-dimensional reconstruction.With clinical results as the golden standard,the diagnostic efficiencies of X-ray and MSCT and accuracy rates in fracture classification were compared.Results The diagnostic sensitivity,accura cy and ka ppa value of MSCT we re significa ntly higher than those of X-ray(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in diagnostic specificity(P>0.05).The accuracy of MSCT in fractu re classification(95.24%) was significantly higher than that of X-ray(78.57%)(P<0.05) The image quality of MSCT was significantly higher than that of X-ray in displaying bone,soft tissue and artifact noise(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of MSCT MPR in the diagnosis of ankle joint sports injuries can obtain high-quality images,thereby improving the diagnostic efficiency and classification of ankle fractures.
