摘要
深圳市某低浓度进水污水处理厂处理规模3000 m^(3)/d,原设计出水执行GB8918-2002一级B标准。为满足更加严格的水质考核要求,需对污水处理厂进行提标改造,出水执行GB 8918-2002一级A标准。提标改造工程充分利用原有设施及场地,优化处理工艺,将原蚝壳接触氧化池改造成MBBR池,水解沉淀池(初沉池)改造成斜管沉淀池(二沉池),将原蚝壳接触氧化池的反冲洗水池改造为曝气沉砂池,加装砂水分离器、加药及回流装置等,改造后出水稳定达标。改造成本按日均污水量计算为521元/m^(3),直接运行成本仅提高0.047元/m^(3)。
The treatment scale of a low-concentration influent sewage treatment plant in Shenzhen is 3000 m^(3)/d,and the original designed effluent complies with the first level B standard of pollutant discharge standard.In order to meet the more stringent requirements of water quality assessment,the sewage treatment plant needs to be upgraded and the effluent shall comply with(GB 18918-2002)class A standard.The upgrading and renovation project makes full use of the original facilities and sites and optimizes the treatment process.The original oyster shell contact oxidation tank was transformed into MBBR tank,the hydrolytic sedimentation tank(primary sedimentation tank)was transformed into inclined tube sedimentation tank(secondary sedimentation tank),and the backwashing tank of the original oyster shell contact oxidation tank was transformed into an aerated sand sedimentation tank.In addition,sand water separator,dosing and reflux device were installed,etc.The effluent is stably meets the standard after the transformation.The reconstruction cost is calculated as 521 yuan/m^(3)according to the daily sewage volume,and the direct operation cost is increased by 0.047 yuan/m^(3).
