摘要
目的:探讨老年抑郁症阴虚肝郁证与“神经-内分泌-免疫”的关系。方法:选取2010年1月至2012年12月中国中医科学院西苑医院收治的老年抑郁症阴虚肝郁证患者64例作为观察组,并选取正常老年人50例作为对照组。测定并比较2组人群外周血5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)、皮质醇(CS)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果:观察组神经递质5-HT、DA、CS、CRH水平与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组免疫细胞因子IL-6、TNF-α水平比对照组升高明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年抑郁症阴虚肝郁证可能与“神经-内分泌-免疫”功能失调密切相关,临床通过滋阴调肝法调节神经-内分泌-免疫功能可能更有利于患者的康复。
Objective:To explore the relationship of syndrome of yin deficiency and liver depression with neuro-endocrine-immune network in senile depression.Methods:Sixty-four patients of senile depression with syndrome of yin deficiency and liver depression treated in Xiyuan Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from January 2010 to December 2012 were selected as the observation group and compared with 50 healthy old people(control group).The levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),norepinephrine(NE),dopamine(DA),cortisol(CS),adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH),and corticotropin-releasing hormone(CRH),interleukin 6(IL-6),interleukin 1 beta(IL-1β),and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)in peripheral blood were measured for both groups.Results:The levels of 5-HT,DA,CS,and CRH in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had higher levels of immune cytokines IL-6 and TNF-αthan the control group(P<0.05).The results showed that the neuro-endocrine-immune network was maladjusted in aged depression patients with the syndrome of yin deficiency and liver depression.Conclusion:The syndrome of yin deficiency and liver depression in senile depression may be closely related to the neuro-endocrine-immune disorder.Regulating the neuro-endocrine-immune network by nourishing yin and regulating liver may be more beneficial to the recovery of patients.
