摘要
基于结构功能主义视角,对高职院校产业学院的适应功能、目标达成功能、整合功能和潜在模式维持功能进行了分析,发现我国高职院校产业学院的建设面临以下现实困境:企业介入程度浅,参与积极性不高;自身定位偏差,顶层设计不够完善;刚性约束不强,制度保障欠缺;文化氛围较为薄弱,模式维护困难。因此,高职院校产业学院在社会系统中需提升适应能力、明确目标定位、整合各子系统以及塑造产教融合氛围,从而使其焕发新的生机与活力,助力我国高职院校产业学院高水平、高质量发展。
The vigorous development of industry college in higher vocational colleges gradually diversified, diversified characteristics, as currently envisaged, however, there are still a series of problems. Structural functionalism can in order to solve the current difficulty of the construction of the industry college in higher vocational colleges and the path is put forward to provide a new sociological theory support perspective. From the perspective of structural functionalism, this paper reflects on the practical difficulties of the industry college in higher vocational colleges, and finds some problems such as the shallow involvement degree of enterprises, the deviation of their own positioning,the weak rigid constraints and the weak cultural atmosphere. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the ability to adapt to the social system, making the target clearly, integrating the function and shaping the atmosphere of the integration of industry and education, so as to make it full of new vigor and vitality, and help the high level and high-quality development of the industry college in higher vocational colleges in China.
