摘要
试验旨在研究日粮中添加中链脂肪酸甘油三酯(MCT)和复合益生菌对产蛋后期绍兴麻鸭的生产性能、肠道菌群数量和肠道健康的影响。选取约52周龄,体重、产蛋率相近的产蛋后期绍兴麻鸭900只,随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复60只。A组(对照组)鸭饲喂基础日粮,B组鸭饲喂添加900 g MCT+100 g复合益生菌的基础日粮,C组鸭饲喂添加1 800 g MCT+200 g复合益生菌的基础日粮。预试期3 d,正式试验期60 d。结果显示:与A组相比,B组、C组鸭的产蛋率均极显著升高(P<0.01),料蛋比极显著降低(P<0.01)。B组鸭的产蛋率均极显著高于C组(P<0.01),料蛋比极显著低于C组(P<0.01)。与A组相比,B组、C组鸭十二指肠、空肠内容物中沙门菌数量均极显著降低(P<0.01),C组盲肠内容物中沙门菌数量极显著降低(P<0.01)。C组十二指肠内容物中沙门菌数量极显著低于B组(P<0.01),空肠内容物中沙门菌数量极显著低于B组(P<0.01)。与A组相比,B组、C组鸭的回肠内容物中大肠杆菌数量均显著降低(P<0.05),C组鸭十二指肠、空肠内容物大肠杆菌数量显著降低(P<0.05)。C组回肠内容物中大肠杆菌数量显著低于B组(P<0.05)。与A组相比,B组、C组鸭十二指肠绒隐比均显著升高(P<0.05),B组鸭空肠肠壁厚度显著升高(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮添加MCT和复合益生菌可显著提高产蛋后期绍兴麻鸭生产性能,降低十二指肠、空肠中沙门菌和大肠杆菌的数量,以添加900 g MCT+100 g复合益生菌效果较好。
The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of dietary supplemented with medium-chain fatty acid triglyceride(MCT) and compound probiotics on performance, intestinal microflora and intestinal health of Shaoxing ducks during late laying period. 900 Shaoxing ducks of about 52 weeks of age with similar body weight and laying rate in the late laying period were selected and randomly divided into three groups, with five replicates in each group, and 60 ducks in each replicate. Group A(control group) ducks were fed with basal diet, group B was fed with basal diet supplemented with900 g MCT + 100 g compound probiotics, group C was fed with basal diet supplemented with 1 800 g MCT + 200 g compound probiotics. The pre-trial period lasted for 3 d, and the formal trial period lasted for 60 d.The results showed that compared with group A, the egg production rate of ducks in group B and group C were extremely increased(P<0.01), and the feed to egg ratio was extremely decreased(P<0.01). The egg production rate of ducks in group B were extremely higher than those in group C(P<0.01), and the feed to egg ratio was extremely lower than that in group C(P<0.01).Compared with group A, the number of Salmonella in duodenum and jejunum of ducks in group B and group C were extremely decreased(P<0.01), and the number of Salmonella in cecum of group C was extremely decreased(P<0.01). The number of Salmonella in duodenum content of group C was extremely lower than that of group B(P<0.01), and the number of Salmonella in jejunum content was extremely lower than that of group B(P<0.01). Compared with group A, the number of Escherichia coli in ileal content of ducks in group B and group C was significantly decreased(P<0.05), and the number of Escherichia coli in duodenum and jejunum content of ducks in group C was significantly decreased(P<0.05). The number of Escherichia coli in ileal content of group C was significantly lower than that of group B(P<0.05). Compared with group A, the duodenal chorionic to crypto ratio of ducks in group B and group C was significantly increased(P<0.05), and the thickness of jejunum intestinal wall of ducks in group B was significantly increased(P<0.05). The study indicates that dietary MCT and compound probiotics can significantly improve production performance, reduce the numbers of Salmonella and Escherichia coli in duodenum and jejunum of Shaoxing ducks during late laying period, and 900 g MCT +100 g compound probiotics has a better effect.
