复合酸化剂对肉鸡生长性能、血清生化指标、抗氧化能力和肠道结构的影响 被引量:10

Effect of compound acidifier on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes antioxidant capacity and intestinal morphology of broilers

摘要 试验旨在研究复合酸化剂在肉鸡日粮中的应用效果。选用1 200只同批孵化的AA白羽肉鸡,公、母各半,随机分为3组,每组8个重复,每个重复50只鸡。对照组肉鸡饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,抗生素组在基础日粮中添加200 g/t土霉素,酸化剂组在基础日粮中添加0.1%复合酸化剂。试验期42 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,酸化剂组1~21日龄肉鸡的平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),22~42日龄、1~42日龄肉鸡的料重比显著降低(P<0.05);酸化剂组22日龄肉鸡血清尿素氮含量显著提高(P<0.05),尿酸含量显著降低(P<0.05)。与抗生素组相比,酸化剂组22日龄肉鸡血清尿素氮含量显著提高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,酸化剂组22日龄、42日龄肉鸡血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性提高(P>0.05),血清丙二醛含量降低(P>0.05)。与抗生素组相比,酸化剂组42日龄肉鸡血清SOD酶活性显著提高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,酸化剂组22日龄肉鸡空肠隐窝深度显著降低(P<0.05),绒毛高度和隐窝深度比值显著提高(P<0.05)。与抗生素组相比,酸化剂组42日龄肉鸡空肠绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值显著提高(P<0.05)。研究表明,肉鸡日粮中添加0.1%复合酸化剂能够明显提高肉鸡的平均日增重,降低料重比,对肉鸡前期生长性能的改善效果优于抗生素,并且肉鸡后期血清的抗氧化能力显著提高,空肠绒毛结构明显改善。 The experiment was to study the effect of compound acidifier on broiler diet. A total of 1 200 AA whitefeathered broilers hatched in the same batch with half in male and female were randomly divided into three groups, with eight replicates in each group and 50 broilers in replicate. Broilers in control group were fed with a corn-soybean meal basal diet, antibiotic group was added 200 g/t oxytetracycline in basal diet, and in acidulant group was added 0.1%compound acidifier in basal diet. The experiment lasted for 42 d. The results showed that compared with control group, the average daily gain of broilers at 1 to 21 d of age in acidulant group was significantly increased(P<0.05), and the feed to gain ratio of broilers at 22 to 42 d of age and 1 to 42 d of age was significantly decreased(P<0.05). The serum urea nitrogen content of broilers at 22 d of age in acidulant group was significantly increased(P<0.05), the serum uric acid content of broilers at 22 d of age was significantly decreased(P<0.05). Compared with antibiotic group, serum urea nitrogen content of broilers at 22 d of age in acidulant group was significantly increased(P<0.05). Compared with control group, the activity of SOD in serum of broilers 22 d of age and 42 d in acidulant group was increased(P>0.05), and the content of malondialdehyde in serum was decreased(P>0.05). Compared with antibiotic group, SOD activity in serum of broilers at 42 d of age in acidulant group was significantly increased(P<0.05). Compared with control group, jejunum crypt depth of broilers in acidulant group was significantly decreased at 22 d of age(P<0.05), and the ratio of jejunum villus height to crypt depth of broilers at 22 d of age was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with antibiotic group, the ratio of villus height to crypt depth of jejunum at 42 d of age in acidulant group was significantly increased(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that 0.1% compound acidifier can significantly increase the average daily gain of broilers, reduce the feed to gain ratio, improve the growth performance of broilers better than antibiotics in early stage, and significantly improve the antioxidant capacity of serum and jejunum villus structure of broilers in late stage.
