摘要
分析凯氏定氮仪法测定牛奶中蛋白质含量的不确定度,其来源主要包括:多次重复性测量、滴定体积、样品称量质量及硫酸标准溶液浓度等四个方面,将各来源的不确定度量化后合成牛奶蛋白测定过程中的总不确定度,最后通过扩展计算,得出试验纯牛奶蛋白质检测结果为(3.62±0.02) g/100 g。
Analysis of the uncertainty of protein content in milk determined by Kjeldahl method, its sources mainly include: after repeated measurement, titration volume, sample weight and sulfuric acid standard solution concentration, the uncertainty of each source was quantified and the uncertainty of milk protein measurement was synthesized.Finally,through extended calculation, the detection result of pure milk protein was(3.62 ±0.02)g/100 g.
