摘要
采用1,5-萘二异氰酸酯(NDI)作为硬段、多元醇作为软段,研究了不同类型软段对聚氨酯微孔弹性体(MPUE)性能的影响。结果表明,由聚己二酸乙二醇(PEA)制备的MPUE耐热性能最好;聚己二酸1,4-丁二醇酯(PBA)制备的MPUE硬度最大;聚己内酯(PCL)制备的MPUE综合力学性能、耐油性能最优,吸水率最低;聚四氢呋喃(PTMG)制备的MPUE回弹性最高,压缩永久变形最小,低温适应性最好;PEA和PCL制备MPUE微相分离程度高,使用温域范围宽;与PEA和PBA相比,PCL和PTMG制备的MPUE常温下具有更好的动态性能。
The microcellular polyurethane elastomer(MPUE)was prepared by raw materials of 1,5-naphthalene diisocyanate and polyols.The effect of different kinds of polyols as soft segments on the properties of MPUE was investigated.The results showed that the MPUE prepared from polyethylene adipate(PEA)had the best heat resistance,and the MPUE prepared by polybutylene adipate(PBA)had the highest hardness.However,the MPUE prepared by polycaprolactone(PCL)had the best comprehensive mechanical properties and oil resistance,and the lowest water absorption rate,and the MPUE prepared by polytetrahydrofuran(PTMG)had the highest resilience,the smallest compression set,the best low temperature performance.As high degree of microphase separation,the property of application temperature rang of the MPUE prepared by PEA and PCL was wide.Compared with PEA and PBA,the MPUE prepared by PCL and PTMG had better dynamic mechanical performance at room temperature.
