摘要
“文化先行”是社会主义现代化强国建设的必然要求,是党中央以马克思主义文化观为理论依据,深刻总结党百年文化建设的历史经验和新时代统筹“两个大局”做出的重大战略安排。强劲的经济发展、健康的政治生态、良好的社会风气、卓越的科技成就和变化的世界格局构成“文化先行”的现实条件。当前,“文化先行”要围绕巩固社会主义意识形态、激活中华优秀传统文化生命力、深化文化体制机制改革和促进文明交流互鉴等方面展开。
“Culture first” is an inevitable requirement for the construction of the great modern socialist country. It is a major strategic arrangement made by the CPC Central Committee based on the Marxist cultural view, profoundly summarizing the historical experience of the Party’s century-old cultural construction and coordinating the “two overall situations” in the new era. Strong economic development, healthy political ecology, good social atmosphere, outstanding scientific and technological achievements and changing world patterns constitute the realistic conditions for “culture first”. At present, “culture first”should focus on consolidating socialist ideology, activating the vitality of China’s excellent traditional culture, deepening the reform of cultural systems and mechanisms, and promoting exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations.
