摘要
目的探讨推拿、穴位贴敷对支气管肺炎患儿呼吸功能及炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取2019年3月—2021年3月洪洞县中医院收治的220例支气管肺炎患儿,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组予西医常规治疗,观察组在西医治疗基础上予推拿联合穴位贴敷疗法。比较2组疗效、症状消失时间、呼吸功能及炎性因子水平。结果治疗后,观察组临床总有效率高于对照组;观察组发热消失、住院、咳嗽消失、肺啰音消失时间均比对照组短;与治疗前比较,治疗后,2组FVC、FEV_(1)、PaO_(2)、血清IFN-γ水平均升高,且观察组均高于对照组;2组动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均下降,且观察组均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论推拿、穴位贴敷可有效缓解支气管肺炎患儿的临床症状,改善呼吸功能,同时可降低炎性因子水平,疗效显著。
Objective To explore the effects of massage and acupoint application combined with individualized intervention on respiratory function and inflammatory factor levels in children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods 220 subjects were selected from children with bronchial pneumonia admitted to Hongtong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to March 2021.They were divided into control group and experimental group.All of them included 110 children,and the grouping standard was mainly based on the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese massage and acupoint application on the basis of this treatment.Both groups received continuous treatment for 15 days and received personalized intervention during the treatment.The time of symptom improvement,clinical efficacy after treatment,respiratory function and inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group.The time of disappearance of fever,hospitalization,cough disappearance,and pulmonary rales disappeared in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group;compared with before treatment,after treatment The levels of FVC,FEV_(1),PaO_(2),and serum IFN-γ increased in the two groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group;the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2)),serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C The level of reactive protein(CRP)decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(allP<0.05).Conclusion Massage and acupoint application combined with personalized intervention can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of children with bronchial pneumonia,improve the respiratory function,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors,with a significant effect.
