摘要
近年来房地产行业蓬勃发展,这也有效带动房产测绘的整体水平。但在社会发展过程中,对于房屋面积测绘也提出更高的要求。通过开展房产测绘,有效地缩小房屋预测面积和实际面积的差距。因此在实际测绘工作开展过程中,需要应用适宜的测量方法,尽可能地减小这种差距,保证房屋面积测绘的精准性。该文从房屋面积测绘的意义和内容入手,分析房屋面积测绘时的计算方法,并进一步阐述提高房屋面积测绘质量的措施。
In recent years, the real estate industry is booming, which also effectively promotes the overall level of real estate surveying and mapping. However, in the process of social development, higher requirements have been posed for housing area surveying and mapping. By carrying out real estate surveying and mapping, we can effectively narrow the gap between the predicted area and the actual area of the house.
