摘要
目的分析温胃补脾汤与奥美拉唑治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡患者的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年6月在新蔡县人民医院接受治疗的88例脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为44例常规组与44例观察组。常规组患者采用奥美拉唑治疗,观察组则在常规组基础上采用温胃补脾汤治疗,并对2组患者治疗前后的TNF-α、IL-10、GAS变化情况以及治疗总有效率进行比较。结果观察组治疗后的TNF-α、IL-10以及GAS水平均高于常规组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论温胃补脾汤联合奥美拉唑可有效缓解脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡患者的溃疡症状,同时能够减轻患者体内炎症反应,改善脾胃功能,对患者胃黏膜的修复具有一定的积极作用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of Wenwei Bupi decoction and omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type.Methods A total of 88 patients with peptic ulcer of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type who were treated in Xincai County People’s Hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into routine group of 44 cases and observation group of 44 cases by random number method.Patients in the routine group were treated with omeprazole,and the observation group was treated with Wenwei Bupi decoction on the basis of the routine group.The tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),the changes of interleukin-10(IL-10)and gastrin(GAS)and the total effective rate of treatment were compared.Results The levels of TNF-α,IL-10 and GAS in the observation group after treatment were higher than those of routine group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was was significantly higher than 79.55% of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenwei Bupi decoction combined with omeprazole can effectively relieve the ulcer symptoms of patients with peptic ulcer of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type,at the same time,it can alleviate the inflammatory reaction in the patient’s body,improve the function of the spleen and stomach,and have a certain positive effect on the repair of the gastric mucosa.
