摘要
为进一步提升煤矿双速绞车的运输和调度效率,从而保障综采工作面的生产能力,在对双速绞车传动系统结构和各级齿轮参数设计的基础上,基于Romax Designer软件建立传动系统仿真模型,并分别对齿轮的静力学和不同工况下的静力学进行对比研究。研究成果可为后续双速绞车传动系统的改进和优化提供指导。
In order to further improve the transportation and dispatching efficiency of the double-speed winch in coal mines, so as to guarantee the production capacity of the comprehensive mining working face, on the basis of the structure of the double-speed winch transmission system and the design of gear parameters at all levels, a simulation model of the transmission system is established based on Romax Designer software, and the static mechanics of the gears and the static mechanics under different working conditions are studied in comparison respectively. The research results can provide guidance for the improvement and optimization of the subsequent two-speed winch transmission system.
