摘要
针对掘进工作面过陷落柱稳定性差的问题,以西铭矿49403工作面皮带巷为基础,对掘进巷道过陷落柱技术措施进行研究。结果表明,陷落柱与煤层交界处将形成一个塑性破碎区,该区域围岩内部发育有大量节理裂隙,采用超前注浆技术,对工作面前方煤体围岩进行加固,提高围岩整体性,同时对过陷落柱区域及前后5 m范围围岩支护方案进行优化,提高巷道稳定性。
In view of the problem of poor stability of the trap column at the digging face, the technical measures of the digging roadway over the trap column were studied based on the conditions of the belt lane at the 49403 working face of Ximing Mine. The results showed that a plastic fracture zone will be formed at the junction of the trap column and the coal seam, and a large number of joints and fissures are developed in the surrounding rock in this area.
