摘要
针对带式输送机传统三相异步电机+减速器驱动方式张紧装置能耗大且传动效率低的问题,在对带式输送机张紧装置进行简单概述的基础上,提出了采用永磁同步电动机对张紧滚筒进行直接驱动的张紧方式,并结合带式输送机的工况和输送带张力要求,重点完成了对永磁直驱张紧绞车、电气控制系统的设计,实现了永磁同步电机在带式输送机的应用,为后续进一步优化张紧控制效果奠定基础。
Aiming at the problems of high energy consumption and low transmission efficiency of the tensioning device of the traditional three-phase asynchronous motor+reducer driving method of belt conveyor, based on a brief overview of the tensioning device of belt conveyor, the tensioning method of using permanent magnet synchronous motor to directly drive the tensioning pulley is proposed, and the working conditions and belt tension requirements of the belt conveyor are combined with the design of the permanent magnet direct drive tensioning winch, electrical The design of the permanent magnet synchronous motor in the belt conveyor is realized, which lays the foundation for further optimizing the tensioning control effect.
