摘要
针对山西某矿3507回风巷超前支护段受邻近采面、本采面采动压力影响,导致巷道围岩裂隙发育、应力集中,巷道围岩变形量较大、支护困难的问题,在对回风巷超前支护段围岩变形特征及应力分布分析基础上,提出综合采用超前注浆、超前支架控制围岩,并对支护方案进行设计。现场应用结果表明,采用新的支护方案后,3507回风巷超前支护段围岩变形量较小,可满足巷道使用需求并降低作业人员劳动强度。
The over-front support section of the 3507 return wind lane is affected by the mining pressure of the adjacent mining face and this mining face, resulting in the development of cracks and stress concentration in the surrounding rock of the lane. Based on the analysis of the deformation characteristics and stress distribution of the surrounding rock in the over-front support section of the return airway, the integrated use of over-front grouting and over-front bracing is proposed to control the surrounding rock, and the design of the support scheme. The results of the field application show that the deformation of the surrounding rock in the over-front support section of 3507return airway is small with new supporting schedule, which can meet the needs of the roadway and reduce the labour intensity of the operators.
