摘要 面对日益严峻的能耗和环保压力,节能提效改造已成为发电企业的迫切需求。应用当前先进的汽轮机技术对某电厂1000MW等级超超临界汽轮机高、中、低压缸及阀门实施节能提效改造,改造后机组效率大幅提升,热耗降低超过400kJ/kWh,节能减排效果显著。 Facing the pressure of energy consumption and environmental protection,energy conservation and efficiency improvement has become an urgent need for power plants.Applying the current advanced steam turbine technology,the high,medium and low pressure cylinders and valves of 1000 MW Ultra Supercritical Steam Turbine were retrofitted to save energy and improve efficiency.After the retrofit,the unit efficiency was greatly improved and the heat consumption was reduced by more than400 kJ/kW.h.The effect of ene rgy conse rvation and emission re duction is remarkable.
