水热老化对Ce基催化剂PM氧化性能的影响研究

摘要 基于浸渍法制备了不同Mn、K、Ag和Zr掺杂的Ce基催化剂,利用热重实验对水热老化处理前后Ce基催化剂的PM氧化性能进行了评价,通过对比综合燃烧指数S和燃烧稳定度指数R_(w),分析了新鲜/水热老化Ce基催化剂的催化活性变化规律,揭示了基于Mars-Van-Krevelen机制的PM氧化过程。结论表明,与PU相比,Ce基催化剂提高了PM氧化性能,不同金属改性的Ce基催化剂活性从高到低为Ag>K>Mn>Zr。随着掺杂量增加,仅K/CeO_(2)催化剂的综合燃烧指数S及燃烧稳定度R_(w)下降。水热老化处理后,Zr/CeO_(2)催化剂表现出最好的抗水热老化性能,综合燃烧指数S及燃烧稳定度R_(w)保持稳定(<5%),Ce基催化剂抗水热老化性能从高到低为Zr>Mn>Ag>K。 Different Mn,K,Ag and Zr doped Ce-based catalysts were prepared based on the impregnation method,and the PM oxidation performance of Ce-based catalysts before and after hydrothermal aging was investigated using thermogravimetric experiments,the catalytic activity change pattern of fresh/hydrothermal aging Ce based catalysts was analyzed by comparing the comprehensive combustion index S and combustion stability index R_(w),revealing the PM oxidation process based on the Mars-Van-Krevelen mechanism.Compared with PU,Ce-based catalyst increases the PM oxidation performance and the catalytic activity of various metal modified Ce-based catalysts ranked from high to low was Ag>K>Mn>Zr.With the metal doping increased,only the comprehensive combustion index S and combustion stability index R_(w)of K/CeO_(2) catalysts decreased.After hydrothermal aging treatment,the Zr/CeO_(2) catalysts showed the best hydrothermal aging resistance,the comprehensive combustion index S and combustion stability index R_(w)remained stable(<5%).The Ce-based catalysts were ranked from high to low in terms of hydrothermal aging resistance as Zr>Mn>Ag>K.
