摘要
科技创新和社会良善生活的关系由来已久,从人类社会的发展史来看,科技创新促进了人类自身的进化,给人类带来了物质上的充裕和精神上的满足。但科技创新真正地促进了人类良善生活的实现?从科技创新对于良善生活的正面效应、中性效应和负面效应的现实来看,答案显然是否定的。在当前各种高新技术的大力发展下,科技创新要促进良善生活的真正实现,就需要在科技创新活动的过程中饱含善的理念、蕴藏正义的价值、彰显人的自由和尊严、造就健康和安全的福祉。由此,科技创新才能真正地为人的良善生活服务,增进人类的福祉。
The relationship between scientific and technological innovation and social good life has a long history.From the perspective of the history of human society,scientific and technological innovation has promoted the evolution of human beings and brought material abundance and spiritual satisfaction to human beings.However,whether scientific and technological innovation really promotes the realization of human good life?From the actuality that scientific and technological innovation has positive,neutral and negative effects on good life,the answer is obviously no.With the vigorous development of various high-tech technologies,scientific and technological innovation,in order to promote the real realization of the good life,requires that the process of scientific and technological innovation should be full of good ideas,contain the value of justice,highlight human freedom and dignity,and bring up the well-being of health and safety.Thus,scientific and technological innovation can truly serve people’s good life and improve the well-being of mankind.
