贵州高岭土的理化性能及开发利用前景分析

摘要 本文研究了贵州丹寨县、麻江县和龙里县高岭土的矿物成分、化学成分和理化性质等,提出开发利用建议。结果表明,丹寨县高岭土的矿物成分主要为高岭石,无明显杂质,龙里县高岭土的主要矿物成分为高岭石和石英,两地高岭土的形貌均呈片状结构;龙里县高岭土的主要矿物成分为多水高岭石,具有典型的多水高岭石的管状结构。丹寨县、麻江县和龙里县高岭土中Fe_(2)O_(3)含量相对较低,具有较高的1280℃煅烧白度,为60左右。贵州高岭土属优质高岭土矿物资源,可广泛用于相关行业。 In this paper,the mineral composition,chemical composition and physicochemical properties of kaolin from Danzhai,Majiang and Longli counties in Guizhou province were studied,and the suggestions for development and utilization were put forward.The results show that the main mineral components of kaolin in Danzhai is mainly kaolinite without obvious impurities.the main mineral composition of kaolin in Longli counties is kaolinite and quartz,and the morphology of kaolin in the two places is flake structure.The main mineral composition of kaolin in Longli county is halloysite with typical tubular structure.The content of Fe_(2)O_(3) of kaolin in Danzhai,Majiang and Longli Counties is relatively low,thus having a high burning whiteness of about 60 at 1280℃.Guizhou kaolin is a high quality kaolin mineral resource,which can be widely used in related industries.
