摘要
前置研究讨论是国有企业党委在公司治理决策环节发挥领导作用的重要制度安排。文章围绕前置研究必要性、如何前置以及保障措施等展开论述,为更好地规范和指引国有企业履行政治责任,并在完善公司治理中加强党的领导提供借鉴。
Pre-study and discussion is an important institutional arrangement for the Party committee of state-owned enterprises to play a leading role in the decision-making link of corporate governance.This paper focuses on why,how and safeguard measures,so as to better standardize and guide state-owned enterprises to fulfill their political responsibilities and to strengthen the leadership of the Party in improving corporate governance.
