摘要
针对目前CR400AF型动车组空气压缩机润滑油更换周期较短的问题,研究润滑油更换周期延长的可行性。通过制定合理的延长验证方案和保障措施,在保证运用安全的前提下,挑选18列CR400AF型动车组开展空气压缩机润滑油运用周期延长验证试验。结合不同运用里程空气压缩机润滑油的化验结果,研究润滑油元素含量、水分含量、运动黏度等指标随运用里程增加的变化趋势,推算空气压缩机润滑油达到各项化验指标上限时运用里程,提出CR400AF型动车组空气压缩机润滑油最大运用周期。
Aiming at the problem of unreasonable application cycle of lubricating oil for air compressor of CR400AF EMU,the feasibility of extending the application cycle of lubricating oil was studied.On the premise of ensuring the safety of use,a reasonable extended verification program and safeguard measures were developed,and 18 CR400AF EMUs were selected to carry out the extended verification tests of the lubricating oil for air compressor.Combined with the test results of the air compressor lubricating oil with different operating mileage,the changing trend of the test indexes such as the element content,moisture content,kinematic viscosity and other laboratory indicators with the increase of operating mileage was studied.The operating mileage of the air compressor lubricating oil reaching the upper limit of each test index was calculated,and the maximum application cycle of the CR400AF EMU air compressor lubricating oil was proposed.
