攀钢高速铁路钢轨开发及应用

摘要 为了保障高速铁路列车安全、平稳、舒适的运行要求,围绕高速铁路钢轨高内部质量、高断面尺寸精度、高平直度和高表面质量的“四高”技术要求,开展了钢轨钢中气体含量、非金属夹杂物及铸坯内部质量控制研究。实现了钢轨内部质量的稳定控制,S、P、Al含量分别控制在0.012%、0.015%、0.004%以内,O、H含量分别控制在1.0×10^(-5)、2.0×10^(-6)以内,非金属夹杂物合格率达到100%。开展了钢轨万能轧制、预弯冷却、平立复合矫直、无损伤接触及表面无缺陷铸坯连铸等关键工艺技术研究,实现了钢轨断面尺寸、平直度和表面质量的稳定控制,开发的350 km/h高速铁路钢轨在京沪、京广、成渝、沪昆等国内众多高速铁路上应用,使用效果良好。 In order to ensure the safe,stable and comfortable operation requirements of high-speed railway trains,the four high technical requirements for high-speed railway rails were proposed as high internal quality,high section size accuracy,high straightness and high surface quality.Gas content,non-metallic inclusion and slab internal quality control research were carried out,and universal rolling technology,cooling process,straightening process,non-damage contact process and non-defect continuous casting technology research were realized,the internal quality,surface quality,section size and straightness have been controlled stably.S,P and Al content were controlled within 0.012%,0.015%and 0.004%respectively,O and H content were controlled within 1.0×10^(-5) and 2.0×10^(-6) respectively,and the qualified rate of non-metallic inclusion was 100%.350 km/h high-speed rail has applied in the high-speed railway lines,such as Beijing-Shanghai,Beijing-Guangzhou,Chengdu-Chongqing,Shanghai-Kunming.
