摘要
某电厂主汽暖管管线已运行11年,对其进行检查时发现,主汽暖管管线与管座焊缝处发生泄漏。对泄漏部位进行硬度检测、成分分析和金相分析等理化检测,并对断裂原因进行了分析,结果表明:焊接接头薄弱部位存在晶间再热微裂纹,且焊接部位存较大的残余应力,从而使裂纹萌生、扩展最后贯穿至内壁。
The main steam heating pipeline of a power plant had been in operation for 11 years.During the inspection,it was found that there was leakage at the welding seam between the main steam heating pipeline and the socket.Physical and chemical tests such as hardness testing,composition analysis and metallographic analysis were carried out on the leaking parts,and the reasons for the fracture were analyzed.The results showed that there were intergranular reheating micro-cracks in the weak part of the welded joint,and there was a large residual stress in the welded part,so that the crack initiated,expanded and finally penetrated to the inner wall.
