长脉宽1064nm Nd:YAG激光联合氨甲环酸对黄褐斑的疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的 分析长脉宽1064nm Nd:YAG激光联合氨甲环酸治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效和安全性。方法 选择我院近年来(2020.6-2021.6)期间接收治疗的黄褐斑患者100例分为观察组(长脉宽1064nm Nd:YAG激光联合氨甲环酸,50例)和对照组(长脉宽1064nm Nd:YAG激光,50例),比较两组治疗后患者对美观的满意度、复发率、不良反应、黄褐斑皮损面积和严重度指数(Melasma lesion area and severity index,MASI)评分。结果 在比较两组美观满意度中可见,观察组更高于对照组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);在两组的疾病复发率及不良反应发生率比较中,观察组更低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,观察组与对照组之间MASI评分对比并无差异(P>0.05),治疗后,分析两组间的MASI评分可见,观察组更低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在黄褐斑治疗中对患者用长脉宽1064nm Nd:YAG激光联合氨甲环酸治疗可显著提高患者对黄褐斑治疗的美观满意度,并降低疾病复发率,预防治疗期间不良反应发生,值得临床广泛应用。 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of long pulse width 1064nm Nd:YAG laser combined with tranexamic acid in the treatment of melasma.Methods A total of 100 patients with melasma treated in our hospital in recent years (2020.6-2021.6) were divided into observation group (long pulse width 1064nm Nd:YAG laser combined with tranexamic acid,50 cases) and control group (long pulse width 1064nm Nd:YAG laser,50 cases).The satisfaction with aesthetics,recurrence rate,adverse reactions,Melasma lesion area and severity index (MASI) scores were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The aesthetic satisfaction of the two groups was higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the comparison was statistically significant (P < 0.05).In the comparison of disease recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,the observation group was lower than the control group (P < 0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in MASI score between the observation group and the control group (P > 0.05),but after treatment,the MASI score between the two groups was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of melasma,long pulse width 1064nm Nd:YAG laser combined with tranexamic acid can significantly improve the aesthetic satisfaction of patients with melasma treatment,reduce the recurrence rate of disease,and prevent the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment,which is worthy of wide clinical application.
