摘要
江西建昌帮是四大中药炮制流派之一,以擅长“传统中药饮片加工炮制”著称,炮制特色为“工具辅料土特,工艺取法烹饪,讲究形色气味,毒性低、疗效高”。熟地黄为地黄的炮制品,通过炆法与酒炖、蒸等方法加工而成,临床应用较广泛,通过研究熟地黄中糖类及微量元素含量,结果表明炆法所含多糖、单糖、低聚糖、微量元素等均高于其他方法,表达其工艺独特性和科学性,证明炆地黄相比其他熟地黄具有“气味纯真而独厚,补血而不凝滞”的独特品质。炆法为建昌帮炮制方法特有,适宜滋补类中药材,该研究为探索炆法工艺先进性和广泛运用提供理论依据。
Jiangxi Jianchangbang is one of the four major processing schools.It is famous for its"processing of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces".The processing characteristics are"native tools and accessories,cooking methods,pay attention to shape,color and smell,low toxicity and high curative effect".Rehmanniae radix praeparata is a processed product of rehmannia glutinosa,which is processed by stewing,wine stewing,steaming and other methods.It is widely used in clinical practice.Through the study of the content of sugars and trace elements in rehmanniae radix praeparata,the results show that the content of polysaccharides,monosaccharides,oligosaccharides and trace elements in stewing method is higher than that in other methods,expressing its process uniqueness and scientificity.Compared with other rehmanniae radix praeparata,stewed rehmannia glutinosa has the unique quality of"pure and thick smell,nourishing blood without stagnation".The method is unique to the processing methods of Jianchangbang,and is suitable for nourishing Chinese medicinal herbs.This subject provides theoretical basis for exploring the advanced technology and wide application of the technology.
