摘要
以茶卡盐湖、东台吉乃尔湖、茫崖翡翠湖为案例对象,采集分析游客携程网、马蜂窝平台的在线网络评论,提取出景区网络文本高频词。对游客评论进行语义网络中心性分析和情感分析,综合比较得出结论:青海省网红盐湖景区的发展存在同质化、生态环境破坏、服务质量低、基础设施不完善等问题,进而影响游客体验感,产生一定的负面情感。针对这些现状,对如何实现盐湖“爆红”之后的可持续、创新性发展提出相关建议和参考意见。
Taking Chaqa Salt Lake,Dongtai Ji’naier Lake and Mangya Emerald Lake as case objects,the online network reviews of tourists’Ctrip and Ma Hive platforms were collected and analyzed to extract high-frequency words from the scenic web texts.Subsequently,a semantic network centrality analysis and sentiment analysis were conducted on the tourists’comments,and a comprehensive compar ison was made to conclude that the development of the internet celebrity salt lake in Qinghai Province has problems such as homogenization,ecological environment destruction,low service quality and inadequate infrastructure,which in turn affect the tourists’experience and generate certain negative sentiments.In view of these problems,suggestions and recommendations are made on how to achieve sustainable and innovative development of the salt l ake after it has become popular.
