摘要
根据新形势下产业界对应用型人才的需求,以德州学院机械设计制造及其自动化专业为例,构建了基于OBE教育理念的工场化“332”专业人才培养模式。从人才培养目标、培养标准、课程体系、人才培养路径等方面进行深入地研究和探索,该人才培养模式契合了地方高校新工科建设的要求,推动了高校工科专业的人才培养改革。
According to the demand of the industry for Applied Talents in the new situation,taking the mechanical design and manufacturing and automation major of Dezhou University as an example,the"332"professional talent training mode based on OBE education concept is constructed.This paper makes in-depth research and exploration from the aspects of personnel training objectives,training standards,curriculum system and personnel training path.It meets the requirements of new engineering construction in local colleges and universities,and it promotes the personnel training reform of Engineering Specialty in Colle ges and universities.
