摘要
目的:分析半夏泻心汤联合荆花胃康胶丸对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者糖类抗原724(Carbohydrate antigen 724,CA724)、胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(Pepsinogen I,PG1)水平的影响。方法:选取100例我院2019年10月至2021年10月收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者为研究对象,分为对照组、研究组各50例。对照组给予荆花胃康胶丸,研究组给予半夏泻心汤联合荆花胃康胶丸。检测两组CA724、PG1、炎症因子、胃黏膜功能相关指标水平,对比两组中医症候积分、不良反应、临床疗效。结果:两组治疗前后口干口苦、胃脘胀满、上腹痞满、恶心呕吐、CA724、PG1、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(Interleukin-1β,IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、前列腺素E2(Prostaglandin E2,PGE2)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Gbutathione peroxidase,GSH-px)差值比较,研究组口干口苦、胃脘胀满、上腹痞满、恶心呕吐积分、CA724、IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α水平下降幅度大于对照组,PG1、PGE2、GSH-px水平上升幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应略高于对照组(P>0.05),研究组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤、荆花胃康胶丸联合治疗后,慢性萎缩性胃炎患者CA724、炎症因子水平下降、PG1水平上升,胃黏膜功能改善。
Objective:To analyze the effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with Jinghua Weikang capsule on CA724 and PG1 levels in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:A total of 100 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and research group,50 cases in each.Control group was given Jinghua Weikang capsule,study group was given Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with Jinghua Weikang capsule.The levels of CA724,PG1,inflammatory factors and gastric mucosa function related indicators in the two groups were detected,and the TCM symptom scores,adverse reactions and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:Comparison of dry mouth and bitter taste,epigastric fullness,epigastric fullness,nausea and vomiting,CA724,PG1,IL-6,IL-1β,TNF-α,PGE2,GSH-px between the two groups before and after treatment.Dry mouth,stomach fullness,epigastric fullness,nausea and vomiting scores,CA724,IL-6,IL-1β,TNF-αlevels decreased more than the control group,and PG1,PGE2,GSH-px levels increased more than the control group group(P<0.05).The adverse effects were slightly higher than the control group(P>0.05),and the treatment response rate was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:After combined treatment with Banxia Xiexin Decoction and Jinghua Weikang Capsules,the levels of CA724 and inflammatory factors in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis decreased,the level of PG1increased,and the gastric mucosal function improved.
