摘要
当前,我国在不断加强生态环境保护工作,尤其是在乡村振兴的背景下,农村生态环境的建设与保护更是处于十分重要的位置。因此,有必要对农村环境保护法治建设的成就以及问题和改进措施进行梳理和分析,以便更好地对农村生态环境保护体系加以完善。
At present,China strengthen the construction of ecological environment,especially in the context of rural revitalization,the construction and development of rural ecological environment is in a very important position.In view of this,it is necessary to sort out and analyze the achievements,problems and improvement measures of the legal construction of rural environmental protection,so as to better perfect the rural ecological environmental protection system and promote the scientifi c and sustainable development of rural areas.
