摘要
通过实证分析发现,高校重大科研项目团队心理资本包括团队自信、团队希望、团队韧性和团队使命四个维度;同时还发现成立时间较长(6年以上)比成立时间较短(5年以下)的高校重大科研项目团队的心理资本水平高;依托高校比依托科研院所的重大科研项目团队心理资本水平高;未结项比已结项的高校重大科研项目团队心理资本水平高。因此,加强不同类型、不同组建年限和不同依托项目的高校重大科研项目团队的建设需要因团队制宜、采取有针对性、差别化的方式进行。
Based on empirical analysis,it is concluded that team psychological capital of the major research project includes team confidence,team hope,team resilience and team mission;the team with the longer-time background(over 6 years)has the higher psychological capital level than the team with the shorter-time background(under 5 years);the team based on universities has the higher psychological capital level than the team based on research institutions;the team of ongoing projects has the higher psychological capital level than the team which has fulfilled the projects.Therefore,strengthening the construction of major scientific research project teams of different types,different establishment years and different supporting projects needs to take the team’s conditions into consideration and adopt targeted and differentiated ways.
