大蒜精油对灰茶尺蠖的作用方式研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了明确大蒜精油对灰茶尺蠖的作用方式,研究了大蒜精油对灰茶尺蠖的胃毒、触杀、拒食、驱避及杀卵作用。结果表明:50%大蒜精油100~250倍液对灰茶尺蠖1~2龄幼虫的药后1 d防效达到100%;触杀作用与处理剂量呈正相关,100倍液处理7 d后的校正死亡率为94%;100~300倍液对2龄灰茶尺蠖幼虫具有明显的非选择性和选择性拒食作用,非选择性拒食试验处理的叶碟被取食叶面积与处理剂量正相关,而选择性拒食试验处理的叶碟被取食叶面积与处理剂量负相关;大蒜精油对灰茶尺蠖具有一定的驱避作用,各处理2h后的驱避率均高于64%,但各处理间无显著性差异;大蒜精油对灰茶尺蠖的杀卵作用明显,各处理下的灰茶尺蠖卵的孵化率均为0。大蒜精油对灰茶尺蠖具有胃毒、触杀、拒食、驱避及杀卵等作用方式,其结果为大蒜精油在植物害虫防治中的应用提供了科学依据。 In order to study the action mode of Allium sativum oil against Ectropis grisescens, the effects of A. sativum oil on the stomach toxicity, contact, antifeeding, repellency and egg killing of E. grisescens were studied. The results showed that the control effect of 100~250 times of 50% A. sativum oil on the 1st~2nd instar larvae of E. grisescens reached 100% after 1 day. The contact effect was positively correlated with the treatment dose, and the corrected mortality rate was up to 94% after treatment with 100 times of A. sativum oil for 7 days. The 100~300 times of A. sativum oil had obvious non-selective and selective antifeeding effects on the 2nd instar larvae of E. grisescens. The area of feeding leaves in the non-selective antifeeding test was positively correlated with the treatment dose, while the area of feeding leaves in the selective antifeeding test was negatively correlated with the treatment dose. A. sativum oil had certain repellent effect on E. grisescens, and the repellency rate at 2 h was more than 64%, but there was no significant difference among different treatments. The egg hatching rate of E. grisescens was 0under all treatments. A. sativum oil has gastric toxicity, tactile killing, antifeeding, repellency and ovicidal activities against E.grisescens, which provides a basis for the application of A. sativum oil in plant pest control.
