摘要
沼泽红假单胞菌是应用较为广泛的一种光合细菌,在污水处理、农业种植、畜牧与水产养殖等领域都有较多应用。在自然培养条件下优化培养基配方,对培养条件中对影响细菌生长的因素进行探究。最终确定最佳C源乙酸钠添加浓度为10 g/L,最优N、P源为复合肥2(N:P:K=15:15:15),最佳添加浓度为0.5 g/L。细菌适宜生长的培养条件为温度25℃以上、光照强度4 000 lx以上、p H值范围为7.5~8.0。在植物病害防治实验中,结果表明:沼泽红假单胞菌对枣锈病病原菌、根腐病病原菌、褐腐病病原菌、叶霉病病原菌具有显著的抑制效果。
Rhodopseudomonas palustris is a widely used photosynthetic bacterium,which is widely used in sewage treatment,agricultural planting, animal husbandry and aquaculture. In this experiment, the formula of culture medium was optimized under natural culture conditions, and the factors affecting bacterial growth in culture conditions were explored. Finally, the optimal concentration of sodium acetate from C source is 10 g/L, the optimal N and P source is compound fertilizer 2(N: P: K =15:15:15), and the optimal concentration is 0.5g/l. The suitable culture conditions for bacterial growth are temperature above 25℃, light intensity above 4 000 lx and pH range of 7.5~8.0 In the experiment of plant disease control, the results showed that Rhodopseudomonas palustris had a significant inhibitory effect on jujube rust pathogen,root rot pathogen, brown rot pathogen and leaf mold pathogen.
