摘要
针对广西贵港市覃塘区黄练镇莫村壮帽山一带的野生茶资源分布情况进行调查、收集、研究,发现了一批低咖啡碱、高茶多酚的特异、稀有的茶树资源,水浸出物高达50.5%~55%,茶多酚含量达26.6%~32.3%,咖啡碱含量0.2%~3.45%,采摘一芽二叶鲜叶制作的绿茶外形墨绿色或绿色或黄绿色;汤色米黄色或杏黄色,香气滋味独特,制作的功夫红茶杏仁香浓郁,滋味鲜醇杏香凸显,品质别具一格,并根据其品质特征,探讨其开发利用前景。
Based on the investigation,collection and research on the distribution of wild tea resources in Zhuangmao Mountain,Mocun,Huanglian Town,Qintang District,Guigang City,Guangxi,a group of specific and rare tea tree resources with low caffeine and high tea polyphenols were found.The water extract was high to be 50.5%~55%,the content of tea polyphenols was 26.6%~32.3%,and the content of caffeine was 0.2%~3.45%.The green tea produced by picking one bud and two fresh leaves is dark green or green or yellow green in appearance.The soup color is beige or apricot yellow,with unique aroma and taste.The produced Kung Fu black tea has strong apricot aroma,fresh and mellow taste,prominent apricot aroma and unique quality.According to the quality characteristics,its development and utilization prospect are discussed.
