CBCT在下颌前磨牙复杂根管形态评价中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨锥形束CT(CBCT)在下颌前磨牙复杂根管形态评价中的应用,为临床治疗下颌前磨牙提供参考依据。方法:从2019年6月至2020年9月,选择了100名来中山市人民医院行CBCT影像检查的患者,包括264颗下颌第一前磨牙(其中包括重复的图像)。采用Vertucci分类法对根管解剖形态进行分型。结果:下颌第一前磨牙的平均长度为(22.09±0.92)mm,最长为28.54 mm,最短为16.03 mm,牙根平均长度为(15.42±1.29)mm,最长为20.24 mm,最短为11.39 mm。下颌第一前磨牙中单根管203颗,占76.89%,双根管47颗,占17.80%,三根管4颗,占1.52%,IX型根管10颗,占3.79%,下颌第一前磨牙大多为单根管,其中一些为多根管。结论:CBCT放射剂量较小,其分辨率清晰,且具有无创的优点,扫描的图像真实性较高,操作便捷,呈现出的三维立体图像更加直观,适合于大样本量研究,可为临床提供参考依据。
