摘要
目的评定苏黄止咳胶囊中紫苏醛含量的不确定度。方法通过建立的数学模型,分析紫苏醛含量测量过程的不确定度来源,计算涉及的不确定度分量,合成紫苏醛含量测定结果的扩展不确定度。结果高效液相色谱法测定苏黄止咳胶囊中紫苏醛含量的扩展不确定度为0.188μg/g,紫苏醛含量的测定结果为(16.6±0.188)μg/g。供试品峰面积和对照品稀释过程是影响不确定度的最关键因素。结论高效液相色谱法测定苏黄止咳胶囊中紫苏醛含量的不确定度分析,测定结果可靠。
Objective To evaluate the uncertainty of perillaldehyde content in Suhuang Zhike Capsules.Methods a mathematic model for calculating uncertainty was established,each component of the uncertainty was assessed and the expanded uncertainty was calculated.Results The expanded measurement uncertainty for the determination of perillaldehyde was 0.188μg/g,and the determined content was(16.6±0.188)μg/g.Conclusion The uncertainty analysis of perillaldehyde content by high-performance liquid chromatography in Suhuang zhike capsules are reliable.
