摘要 目的探析情境模拟法在手术室护理教学中的应用效果。方法择取74名对象,均为我院手术室接收的护理专业实习生,研究时间为2020年1月—2021年1月。按照随机信封分组法进行分组,参比组护理实习生实施传统教学法,试验组护理实习生实施情景模拟法。对比两组护理实习生教学后的考核成绩、护理工作能力和教学满意度。结果在对护理实习生患者进行临床教学后,试验组护理实习生的考核成绩和护理工作能力均好于参比组,且教学满意度高,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论在对护理实习生患者进行临床教学时,使用情景模拟法能够增强护理专业知识,训练护理操作能力,锻炼护理工作能力,提高教学满意度,推荐在临床教学时使用。 Objective To explore the application effect of the situational simulation method in nursing teaching in the operating room.Methods Seventy-four subjects were nursing interns received in the operating room of our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021.The students were grouped according to the random envelope grouping method.The nursing interns in the reference group implemented the traditional teaching method,and the nursing interns in the experimental group implemented the scenario simulation method.The assessment results,nursing work ability and teaching satisfaction of nursing interns after teaching were compared between the two groups.Results After clinical teaching for nursing interns,the assessment results and nursing ability of nursing interns in the experimental group were better than those in the reference group,and the teaching satisfaction was high(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion In the clinical teaching of nursing interns patients,the use of scenario simulation method can enhance the nursing professional knowledge,train the nursing operation ability,exercise the nursing ability,improve teaching satisfaction,which is recommended for clinical teaching.
