42CrMo钢圆铸坯高温加热工艺的数值模拟

摘要 采用ABAQUS有限元软件模拟了42CrMo钢圆铸坯的高温加热工艺。研究了900~1 250℃的加热温度和2~6 h的保温时间以及升温期先后以160℃/h和200℃/h的速率两段加热对圆铸坯的温度场和晶粒尺寸的影响。通过检测不同温度淬火的铸坯的晶粒度验证了模拟结果的准确性。结果表明:随着加热温度的升高,铸坯奥氏体晶粒尺寸增大,在1 100℃以上温度加热的铸坯晶粒尺寸急剧增大;随着保温时间的延长,铸坯的晶粒尺寸显著增大;以不同速率两段加热有利于缩短高温加热的时间和控制铸坯的晶粒尺寸。 The high temperature heating processes for 42 CrMo steel round casting billet were simulated by a ABAQUS finite element software. The effects of heating temperatures ranging from 900 to 1 250 ℃, holding times of 2 to 6 h, and double-stage heating at rates of 160 ℃ per hour followed by 200 ℃ per hour in heating period on temperature field and grain size in the casting billet were investigated, and the accuracy of the simulated results was verified by detection of grain size of the casting billet quenched from different temperatures. The results indicated that(a) as the heating temperature was increased, so too did the austenite grain size of the casting billet, and the casting billet heated at 1 100 ℃ and above increased considerably in grain size;(b) as the holding time became longer, grain of the casting billet grew appreciably;and(c) the double-stage heating at different rates was beneficial to the decrease in heating time at high temperature and the control of grain size of the casting billet.
