摘要
前梁是挤压机主体的主要受力部件之一,对综合力学性能有较高的要求。前梁铸件结构复杂,尺寸较大,属于大型、厚壁铸钢件。针对这种铸件采用了碱酚醛树脂砂组芯方式进行造型生产。为了保证铸件的综合性能,通过对铸件结构的分析以及生产过程难点的分析,结合MAGMA软件模拟分析制定了开放式、多浇道、多层进料的缓冲式浇注系统,保证了钢水平稳、快速上升;采用发热冒口对铸件进行补缩,避免了缩孔缩松的产生;同时采用了内外冷铁兼用的工艺促使铸件完成顺序凝固。为了保证铸件化学成分,钢水采用150tLF精炼包炼制;为了保证浇注的顺利进行采用了四包八眼同时打开进行浇注的工艺。通过精心设计铸造工艺,严格控制前梁铸件生产过程质量,成功生产了满足铸件技术标准的合格产品。
The front beam is one of the main stressed parts of the main body of the extruder,which has high requirements for comprehensive mechanical properties. The front beam casting is a large and thick-walled steel casting with complex structure and large size. Alkali phenolic resin sand core was used for molding production of this casting. In order to ensure the comprehensive performance of the casting,through the analysis of the casting structure and the difficulties in the production process,combined with MAGMA software simulation analysis to develop an open,multi-runner,multi-layer feed buffer pouring system,to ensure the steady and rapid rise of molten steel. The casting is fed by heating riser to avoid the production of shrinkage cavity and porosity. At the same time,the process of both internal and external cooling iron was used to make the casting solidified sequentially. In order to ensure the chemical composition of the casting,the molten steel is refined and coated-at 150tLF. By carefully designing the casting process and strictly controlling the quality of the casting process,the qualified products satisfying the casting technical standards were successfully produced.
