摘要
本文将价值共创引入EPC项目管理全过程,从服务主导逻辑的视角分析EPC项目管理中存在的问题,并将中国联通海南智慧大厦项目作为EPC项目价值共创实例,尝试提出项目承发包双方价值共创的具体路径,探究解决国内“低信任”情境下的EPC项目管理难题,以期帮助提升EPC项目效益,实现项目承发包双方的共赢。
This paper introduces the value co-creation into the whole process of EPC project management,analyzes the problems existing in EPC project management from the perspective of service dominant logic,takes China Unicom Hainan smart building project as an example of EPC project value co-creation,tries to put forward the specific path of EPC project value co-creation between the project contractor and the employer,and explores how to solve the EPC project management problems under the domestic “low trust” situation,in order to improve the project benefits,realize the win-win situation of both parties of the project.
